Jamie has opened a new restaurant specialising in meat and meat alone. The menu at Barbecoa's has 17 beef, pork, lamb and chicken main course options. Vegetarian options are restricted to starter salads and a bowl of olives. The place is a shrine to meat, even with a fully functioning in-house butcher, selling every single piece of the animal to paying customers. To top it all off, the restaurant has beautiful sweeping views of St Paul's cathedral.
